Well laid out unit with a microwave and coffee/tea makers. Comfy bed for sleeping. Location really close to food outlets, other shops and excellent restaurants. Efficient staff, free wake up service and ironing available.

I had a great experience at Mercure Rockhampton. the place was clean, and the service was efficient. the staff were thoughtful and attentive, making my stay even better. the location is fantastic, with onsite parking, which was very convenient. I really enjoyed the area!

The recently renovated rooms offered a higher level of comfort. the staff were accommodating and very polite, with a quick check-in process. the location was fantastic, conveniently close to the entrance to the ocean baths. the hotel served as a perfect base for a relaxing stay. the restaurant was exceptional for breakfast, featuring a variety of hot dishes.

Petty points really, shower is a syphon type from a single tap that serves the bath, didnt really work and the water temp was all over the place. Parking is available but fills quickly afterwards your shown to a dark alley behind some shops. Not really how they advertise it. The lift is also painfully slow.

Great food, amazing service, beautiful mountain views, stylish room decor, and a fantastic location close to the Entrance Town Centre.

This is a very low quality hotel and the description "panoramic river view" is a joke. Also, the room was dingy, and no hand towels and bath towels that were the same size as hand towels! The description "Studio" is very misleading - you couldn't "swing a cat" in the room" Relieved we only booked one night to break up long drive to Townsville!

The rooms are beautifully presented and brand new, featuring a safe, new carpet, and a lounge area, making for a very enjoyable stay that we would gladly repeat.

For us the position was good, close to everything. The continental breakfast was nice, bar area was good.

Room was small, entrance way just wide enough to get my shoulders through, very much just a room to stay in for business
